Jim Farley is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Leichtag Family Foundation, an independent private foundation based in Carlsbad, California. Formerly, Jim has been a practicing attorney for nearly thirty-five years. He is an executive with extensive business management experience. In his legal practice, he provided services in a wide range of transactional matters, including real estate ventures, asset sales and exchanges, as well as corporate, partnership and limited liability company formations, acquisitions, operations, management modalities, dispositions and dissolutions. He has substantial experience serving the non-profit sector as well.
