Jim Farley is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Leichtag Foundation, an independent private foundation based in Carlsbad, California. He has served in this capacity since 2007. Formerly, Jim was a practicing attorney in California for nearly thirty-five years. He is a member of the State Bar of California and currently maintains an Inactive status. He is an executive with extensive business management experience. In his legal practice, he provided services in a wide range of transactional matters, including real estate ventures, asset sales and exchanges, as well as corporate, partnership and limited liability company formations, acquisitions, operations, management modalities, dispositions and dissolutions. He has substantial experience serving the non-profit sector as well.
